The newest addition in the SHL video game series, SHL32, is due to be released in about a month from now. The video game features all of your favorite superstar forwards, defensemen, and goalies and allows you to play as teams from many leagues including the SMJHL. There is also an all-new World Cup mode featuring the many IIHF teams. Compete for your country against the hockey powers of the world such as Canada, Russia, Sweden, and Finland! Also, SHL32 has seen a few changes to the ever popular GM mode. The mode is now titled "Franchise Mode" and has some new features including relocation and expansion. Think you've got what it takes to head a franchise and lead the team to glory? Start out with a team's current roster or start fresh with a fantasy draft, crafting your own roster with players and prospects of your choice. Manage the salary cap and compete for a playoff spot by making team-defining trades! All of this and more will be included in the new release, SHL32. The game is expected to cost $59.99 per copy and pre-orders are available now, so head on down to your local video game store to make sure that your own copy is reserved.

Minigame:

If you pre-order the game, you'll receive an access code to the all-new minigame: Crutchfield's SmackDown Live. Play as Chris Crutchfield or one of his many wrestler friends in an off-ice competition. Grab a chair and break it over Sven Karlsson's head, or body slam Ryan King. But watch out! There are plenty of wrestlers coming after you too, including Sesugh Uhaa, the Japanese wrestler who covers himself in coconut oil before every match. Brian Morely officiates every match and the judges are Niclas Wastlund, Jorma Ruutu, and Kaapo Kekkonen. Do you think you have what it takes to survive in Crutchfield's world?
