A short while after the Chiefs traded away centerman Robert Spezza they trade away another high profile player.
To the Rage: Giovanni Mortellaro To the Chiefs: Kurtis Hunter, Season 8 2nd round draft pick I'd like to say I was surprised when Gio told me he wouldnt re-sign and that I should trade him. After the success we had last season I did not expect anyone would want out. Anyways, I would like to welcome Hunter! We are very glad to have you join the Chiefs! You will fit in our locker room very nicely. Thanks to DA for the easy negotiations. Good luck Gio, you will be missed. |
