Get ready for the scaled back re-launch! What a blast it was to start this, but because of sim engine problems it was taking me way too long processing updates and uploading sim files every night. So after a long wait, a sim engine rebuild and site restructuring we are ready to get rolling soon!

I have had many reaching out about when exactly this is going to roll back out and Sunday, October 8th we will be starting with the 2nd Sparta Tournament where we will see if Keanu Ka'ana'ana can find his magic after submitting Ken Hudson with a rear naked choke in the 1st Period!

The SFC is a text based MMA simulator that is geared towards relaxed users that seek a fight sim allowing for fine tuned strategies and multiple fight cards every week! We have brought pieces and ideas that we have found work elsewhere, in addition to our own tweaks to allow for easy growth.

BIG CHANGES TO THE SITE!

- No more media needed! Simply check in every week and get 5 capped TPE to apply to your fighter(s). This was done to keep a more laid back effort to the site. Our goal isn't to create a mass media thread, but to bring in members who simply just want to kick the shit out of eachother on a weekly basis.

- Media and graphics will be done for cash only. This can be used towards buying intangibles (upgraded cut resistance, etc.) or training weekly, but contracts and fight payouts should provide enough for weekly training.

- Elimination of Tuesday night fights. To keep a sim schedule consistent and allow for site updates, sim nights will be Wednesday (Grudge Night), Friday (Fight Night), Saturday (SFC XX) and Sunday (Sparta/TUF)

- Update scale. We have slightly adjusted the TPE Update scale to allow for diversity in growth. After realizing you can earn as much as 30 TPE a season, the scale was much too low, but simply changed the 3rd and 4th tiers for making those updates a bit more challenging.

- Fight strategies are now going to be posted on the forum site itself. That way fighters can reference past ones to make changes much more efficiently. But with much feedback, fight strats will be kept private.

Hot Topics of the SFC:

- Every year of the SFC consists of two weeks. Each fighter will be able to fight up to 4 times every two weeks.

- Start as an amateur and impress to eventually sign with a SFC gym! Our gyms are not dedicated to being 'kickboxing', 'muay thai', etc... Each gym chooses the three strengths upon construction.

- We offer fight payouts based on actual PPV buys and stadium attendance of every fight card! What does this mean? Gym owners need to make sure they offer the best matches to make the most! If a fighter in your gym wins, you win!

- Welcome to Sparta! With the Top 8 of every weight class competing in a grand prix style tournament, endurance becomes a huge role in the march to be named a true warrior!

- With 19 attributes to update, the system is easy. No picking a template, you determine your build. Players are developed on a 1 to 20 rating system. With a development system in place to earn over 13 TPE per week, you can find yourself competing within weeks.

- To purposefully keep interest flowing regression is setup to really focus on a 12-15 season career depending on growth rate and regression! Every user can have up to one fighter per weight class, but can only have one amateur fighter at a time.

In addition, all users who sign up til then will be able to have the initial 30 TPE that goes to all members to spread out as desired, but also an addition 50 to get a jump start into the SFC! That is 80 total TPE!
