I respect your decision, and I certainly know that I can't sway your decision, but I know that once you don't have that GM spot, this team is gonna get rebranded or relocated again.

But, who knows? That could be ten years from now, for all we know. There's a reason they picked you as GM, they believe in you.

I'm definitely going to give it my all with this job, and it's a position I've been seeking since I found this website. The plan would also be to groom a replacement and it would likely be someone who buys into the brand, so I'm not too concerned about the team being rebranded again. If that happens then it will be out of my hands though, and would be a ways away.
