At the top there were cells to input current TPE, current banked TPE, and current capped TPE.

The next section consisted of a series of the following columns, groups together (I believe it started with 5 blank entries, but when "updated" and they were all full, more blank entries became available):

Name of TPE gain : Link to TPE post : Capped TPE : Uncapped TPE

The next section

Skill : Current Value : Proposed new value

There were then calculated fields that showed how many TPE were gained/available (including banked), how many were used in the update, and how many remain to be distributed

The final piece was a box that auto filled the post with code to just copy/paste into the player's update page. Here's a snippet of my most recent code:
