<div align="center">Ladies and gentlemen, the time has finally come in the semester where I have enough of a lull between assignments to create some surveys in hopes of getting meaningful feedback from the SHL community on the S38 World Junior Championships.</div>

Right from the get-go a lot of people wanted things to be done differently than we were doing them. Some suggestions were great, and others I didn’t agree with so much. But I’m newer here than most users. I’m not stuck in my ways of how I want something done. After becoming more familiar with STHS during these past WJC, learning how to organize a tournament and learning from countless mistakes, I think we’re on track to have a great S39 WJC tournament!

Now, I’m a man of my word. I told several people that they would be given a choice to make their voices heard after the inaugural tournament came to a close. That time has now come. Below you will find three surveys, one for the GMs, one for the players, and one for those who did not partake in the S38 WJC. If you would like to, please fill out the surveys. All feedback, positive or negative, will be taken into consideration. I want everyone to enjoy being a part of the WJC and to accomplish that I know we’ll need to change a lot of things up. So please, tell us everything you loved so we can keep doing it! Tell us everything you hated so we can stop doing it!
