Some of the users can't do some game at a certain time. How do you run a lottery with this ? Overall, the lottery pros never outweighted the cons and thus is not done.

Good point, how about making a lottery for a series. Everyone who wants a shot puts their name in, the lottery decides which order you are offered a pbp. If you win and canâ€™t do it at that time then it goes to the next person on the list and you donâ€™t lose your spot, so you get offered the next one. If you do a PbP then you are put at the bottom of the list
