I'd also like to thank <a href='index.php?showuser=1959' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-13'>dankoa</a> , as I feel he doesn't get enough praise for bringing the WJC back from the dead.

Without further ado, the next WJC Commissioner will be <a href='index.php?showuser=3001' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-3'>Carbine</a> .

His experience across sim leagues really shows and he has a lot of thought put into his work, so I expect big things!
