PGS Game 34: Halifax vs St. Louis

The St. Louis Scarecrows are celebrating their win over the Halifax Raiders, only their second W of the season, but not everyone in the arena is happy about the home teams victory. As the teams exited the ice, there were some notable boos from the audience not just from the Raiders fans, but from parts of the hometown crowd as well. Why? Well probably because the fans just witnessed one of the dullest games of this young season with both teams barely getting any pucks on the net. Miraculously we still got to see five goals but for most most the game, the teams tired each other down in a boring slugfest in the neutral zone or along the walls. Not a single period saw one of the teams put ub double-digit shots and the worst of them all was the last one, were we only saw eight shots total - and yet, somehow three of them went into the net. "A total of 31 shots between both teams, are you kidding me? That's much how ONE decent team should be able to put on goal during a game", one angry fan told our reporter after the game. "Especially Halifax disappointed me, I came into this thinking that they were one of the best teams in the league and then they barely got anything going even when they were one goal down and you would've expected them to push for that equalizer."
