At the Beginning of last season, the Colorado Raptors were expected to finish at the bottom of the SMJHL. They shocked everyone with their performance and are now favourites to win it all this season. They've been able to improve so quickly because of some very good strengths. First, their locker room atmosphere is extremely inducive to success. Anyone who enters the locker room gains a pep in their step because of all the positivity and good-natured fun! Everyone on the team is friends with everyone. Nobody takes a night off on the ice with the Raptors because no one wants to let their teammates down. Another strength is our actual playing skill. We've got the most top-end players in the entire league after having very few in the past seasons. We're going to take this new-found player strength and use it to destroy the rest of the SMJHL. Finally, our last strength is the quality management Colorado currently has behind it. We've already made a move to bring in 2 more top-end players and our GM is excited to become the most-hated GM in the SMJHL with all the cunning moves he makes. With the combination of these three strengths, it's easy to see why the Raptors barely have any weaknesses. the SMJHL needs to watch out for the Raptors this season!
