The Toronto North Stars have not made the playoffs since S37, when they lost a heartbreaking seven game series in the Challenge Cup Finals. Since then, they have undergone a massive rebuild which has complete revamped the team. The young guns are just entering their primes, and they're all hungry to get a taste of playoff action. Led by studs in Mikhail Lokitonov, Bob Bergen and Tommy Tuck, and with a nice complementary cast with the likes of Anders Christiansen, Richard Physt and Ti-Guy Edmond, the Stars have a solid group of young players. Another reason the Stars will make the playoffs is their two elite superstars, Chris York and Zander Rhys. These two are among the very best players in the SHL, and are still at the top of their games. You need elite players to succeed in the SHL, and the Stars have two of the very best. Lastly, Toronto also has a top-notch coaching team, as both Nobody and Symmetrik have proven to be capable of wringing the most of of their rosters.
