I definitely am concerned that there's 3 members on Calgary and no co-commish now. This is a GIANT deal banning words. Quite the ability you're granting yourselves to decide whatever you/future HO members feel like is wrong. 3 members on a team has been done, okay but still may be a very poor way of setting things up? It being done before, does not change the point that you guys may be too agreeable, especially when you say you all agree to put this trash in our rulebook. There seems to be some issues with how you guys operate I think if this got to the point you posted it.

Wally, you acting with no reserve for the potential abuse of a ban on words is sad. You acting like my problem is being able to use those words hatefully is wrong and you know it. My concern has nothing to do with me using the words you've added on here, it's an okay list of things we shouldn't say to each other. It's a bad idea to start having HO decide what words need to be banned and tracked in the rules. That and the punishment structure makes it seem like it's been normal for a large number of us to say those things. It's not the case. I really don't see the issue you guys do. To me you're very clearly over reacting to recent events/creating a way different issue. 

You won't always be in HO to make sure your rule is implemented how you want it to be, and you did a poor job setting up a powerful thing to begin with. Really this type of thing doesn't belong here i don't think. It's disappointing to hear you all feel banning words is necessary. We're really not bad just chill out, it may be hard to be told to chill out. But seriously you are crossing the line thinking anyone here should have retroactive powers on speech like this. You feeling a need to specifically design the rule book around degenerates seems out of line to me, I ask you re-consider what you are here to do. Perhaps question the rest of the group as well?

Is curtailing social norms to the current and future HO members delights your job? It's really not -it's to keep the league running smoothly! There's not even a thought of unbanning things that get added here either it seems. Come on slow down dudes, you honestly are mad with power.

Setting precedent by punishing those misbehaving as HO has done in the past is far more appealing than a system that adds new words at your/ future peoples discretion to a running list in the rules. That's not very well thought out. There's way too many offensive things to add -it's pointless, are you new to the internet? You made a game, again for dumb people to play, but this ridiculously specific language along with a routine punishment looks terrible. It will only cause really dumb events in the future I think. Already started tbh

I get that it's going after hate speech, but banning words is quite powerful.. You should be capable of striking down punishments on people without including a blacklist in our rule book. It seems trashy, reflects poorly on the users as if the vast majority need to be told not to say nasty things.
