This season is going to be more of the same for me. I’ve fallen behind my comrades and the expectations others and myself have set. I’m much the same player, but I hope to pick it up a little bit in the coming weeks. Pro life isn’t what it’s cracked up to be, there’s a lot of pressure on you to pop the fuck off every night and that kind of weighs you down sometimes. Some manage that better than others, and folks like myself succumb. All is not bleak, however. I hope to become more consistent in practice and put in the time in the gym. I need to improve to help Los Angeles take the next step, to get over that hump and become champions once more. Hopefully that’s something I can do, if nothing else. So, yeah. More of the same, I don’t expect any gaudy numbers. I’m going to work hard, put in a shift when called on, and that’s about it.
