Where are they now?
With the 50th selection in the S43 SHL Entry Draft, the Buffalo Stampede Select Bust, from the Anchorage Armada. Looking back after Bust's career ended tragically with an on ice attack by the Colorado Raptors Jean-Pierre Gay, think Doug Glatt v. Ross Rhea with how brutal the beating was, but on a Pierre LaFlamme type player. The beat down was swift and ended a promising hockey career. Unfortunately, once his hockey career had come to an end, his life never was the same. Bust, could not let go the fact that Gay had took something he loved away from him, and vowed to enact revenge on the Raptors Goon. They say that revenge is best served cold. Bust's revenge took place 3 years to the day that his hockey career ended. The police report details a kidnapping, assault, and dumping of Jean-Pierre's body into Hamilton Harbour. Bust could not be reached for comment at the Hamilton-Wentworth Detention Centre, however, we have heard that Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos, of the Netflix Making a Murderer series, have been seen leaving the prison, and have secured the rights to Bust's story. |
