S44 PT #3 - Where are they now?

Wongy
Registered S27, S29, S32 Challenge Cup Champion
Hunter Jones was the 8th overall pick in the season 38 SHL entry draft. Drafted 8th overall by the Calgary Dragons, one pick after Gabriel Wong, Hunter Jones has had himself a career in Calgary. Already apart of two Challenge Cup championship runs with the Calgary Dragons, tied with Gabriel Wong with 2 Challenge Cups as well. Hunter Jones is still going strong in his career and shows no signs of slowing down. In his rookie season with Calgary, Jones had 7 points in 50 games. While definitely not any signs of having a good future, he was not given much opportunity to shine. However, he did get 3 goals in the playoffs that season, helping Calgary capture the Challenge Cup. The following season, Jones had a breakout year, with 26 points and keeping that pace with 28 points in the following season. The thing is, Hunter Jones shined in the playoffs that season, finishing with 16 points in 16 playoff games, helping the Dragons capture their 2nd Challenge Cup in 3 seasons. In season 43, Jones continued his improving pace with 34 points. Jones has been slowly improving his game every season and shows no signs of slowing down. With two Challenge Cups to his name, he’s hoping to add more and one day be a hall of famer for the Calgary Dragons and the SHL.
