The Colorado Raptors currently sit at 10-5-2, good for 22 points on the season so far. 4th place isn't too bad, but we expect more, having the highest average TPE in the entire SMJHL. The good news is that we are only 2 points back from 1st place. We've struggled to find our groove at home so far, but having the best road record in the league at 6-2-0 is keeping us in the race for 1st place. Once we start getting going at home, I have no doubt we'll take by first place in no time.

Our defence has been incredible. We are a rare team that can put out 8 unique defenseman, all who can contribute to the team. Having a lead league 2.29 GAA proves this. Our powerplay is what we need to improve BADLY. A measly 7.84% puts us dead last, when you compare that to Vancouver's 29.17% somethings got to change.

All in all I think we're a strong contender for the cup this year. I'm expecting a long playoff run once we figure out how to play better on home ice, and fix our PP.
