My player spotlight of today is Nathan Explosion of the Kelowna Knights. Nathan was not listed as a draftee and signed as a free agent while the season was already underway. Hence the powerforward winger from Finland did miss the first two games of the season. Playing on the third line along with rookies Barry Batsbak and Dick Clapper, Nathan's first explosion came in this game, where he notched his first goal of the season. I took him 9 games to find the net. It was just his second point of the season after his assist on Karlstrabe Scholz's goal in Kelowna's third game of the season and his first in a Knights shirt.
