Matsson, third line centre for the Raiders is your second star of the match. Not only was he on the ball offensively with a 2 point night, he was also the physical presence of the game, providing the most hits against the Californians of his team. His two points, both of which were the primary assist on the two Raiders goals in the first period, would eventually prove essential to setting the pace for the rest of the game in favour of Halifax and give them their 3rd win of the season. 

Arbys Third Star - Oleg Scoreov

Your third and final star for this match up goes to Matsson's line mate, Scoreov. The third line showed excellent chemistry tonight and this proved invaluable for the win tonight. The first and game tying goal came from Scoreov, which instantly turned the tide in favour of Halifax. He was a +/- of 2 for the night, making him a big player for Halifax's win.
