-Wasty's 31 seasons as the GM of the Panthers. (I guess you could say he was Wasty-ing his time away in LA)

I chose to put ToeDragon at the top of my list, as gathering that much TPE is something that takes consistent and constant updating for seasons on end, over many real years. Garbanzo's achievement is also incredibly impressive due to the gap between him and second place.
