Oh damn dude. I used to be 210 a few months ago and I'm only 5'8" so it was bad; now 185, if you're serious and want an exercise program that's pretty straightforward and some nutrition advice I can help you out, I'm not sure if you're aware of macros and total daily energy expenditure TDEE which is the amount of calories you burn daily and what you need to eat below to lose weight. I was not nearly the same realm you've got going on but I lost 4 weight sizes and felt like a fat fuck so I know the negative feelings associated with that and like to help. It's all about daily lifestyle decisions and habit building. Motivation is temporary, good habits are forever.
