Sig 1: 7/10 = 700k
The Gif works really well here and thats pretty much the reason I Gave you a 7/10. Other than that, you didnt do much to the background or even the text, You kind of just have the 3 layers and you submitted the thing. Also, for some reason the render seems a little see through and it gives it a tougher time to read/see.
A little bit more effort on this could go a long way imo
