I think the best idea for an original SHL show would be called "Back Asswards". It dedicates an entire off-season of different SHL teams with all players & coaches involved, where everyone would play completely different positions. Also, each person's new position on the team (including coach) would not be determined until after a fantasy draft was completed. So, all the players & coaches are mixed up on different teams without knowing their actual role.

To make it a little more interesting, opposing teams would CHOOSE the other team's positions before each match. Each game would only be 10 minutes long, and three on three the entire time... to make for better chances to score. It's one game elimination! After regulation, if still tied, it goes directly to a golden goal shootout where, as you guessed, the opposing team would choose who gets to shoot for the OTHER team. They decide their own fate.
