Toner has been notorious in LA for being single for almost his whole tenure with the Panthers. So a new television show, Love Island, reached out to his agent about appearing on the show. A number of guys and girls live on a villa in Fiji and are coupled up with the opposite sex, and at the end of the week if someone is not coupled up they can be kicked off the island. JT didn't perform so great on the island however. He's never been known as a romantic, most of the girls complained that all he ever talked about was "that one game where he scored a hat trick". Not to mention, every time he saw another guy talking to or flirting with his girl, he would ask them to drop the mitts, repeatedly saying "You wanna go bud? Let's fuckin go you hoser". Suffice to say, JT was the first boy kicked off the island, and still very single.
