My idea for a minor league affiliate for the Hamilton Steelhawks would be the Guelph Golden Eagles. This keeps the bird of prey theme intact, in addition to geographical proximity being a factor for call-ups and send-downs. Golden eagles are also gigantic and not to be fucked with. The branding would be similar in colour scheme to the Las Vegas Golden Knights of the NHL, with a few tweaks here and there. The primary colours will be gold, black, grey, and white with a red accent, although the jerseys themselves will not be identical to the uniforms of the Knights. It will be difficult to select a bird of prey logo that looks different than every other one, but choosing one that properly captures the size and power of these birds would be a priority, with some kind of hockey-related accent. I would charge @SecondSucks22 with running the team due to his familiarity with the city and fanbase.
