Alexis Metzler has never stopped being involved in the Detroit Falcons organization on one level or another. This offseason, he had the privilege of sitting down with someone involved in Buffalo as a prospect, Detroit as a player, and a defenceman to boot as well (3 things that Alexis Metzler once shared in common)- Satoshi Zizagooney.

Zizagooney is a sensible young gentleman, with a lot of street smarts, a lot of spunk, and a hell of a lot of skill with the puck. But one thing that Zizagooney apparently didn't know much about how to do, was to balance his budget. Satoshi Zizagooney went out one night in Detroit with the rest of the lads, and spent a rather unfortunate amount of money on the kind of hooker that winds up buggering off with your wallet at the end of the night, too. This left Satoshi in trouble with his landlord. Fortunately, this is one area Alexis Metzler is an absolute expert in, and he showed the budding young defenceman exactly how to set up a budget with spreadsheets in order to meet the landlords demanded payment plan. This enabled Zizagooney to avoid needing to move, and hopefully approach his finances in a more conservative way in the future.
