Former player and SHL Hall of Famer Zacharia Evans has been up to a lot since hanging up the skates a few seasons ago. For starters, he has since found the mega famous app that all the cool kids under 18 are using known as TikTok. Zach is not only an avid user of the app who loves to spend hours a day scrolling through new content on it, but he is also a content creator on the app. TikTok is an app where you could make all types of content ranging from do it yourself videos to meme videos. The former hockey player is known for his dancing on the app, his videos can include him dancing to popular songs and his content seems to be well received as on average Evans is netting around roughly 2 million views per video. With this new found success, vintage Zach Evans jerseys have gone through the roof in demand and used jerseys on secondary markets like ebay can be found to be sold for up to 1200$. However with tons of love from TikTok fans, Zach is also facing a ton of backlash on the app as well. Some of these means comments include "Get off this app old man" from NotNikolaiEvans11 and "Your dance moves are shit" from xX_NikolaiIsTheBetterEvans_Xx.

We asked his son Nikolai on his thoughts on his dad's new TikTok stardom, here's what he had to say..."I think it's stupid, does anyone know if it's possible to disown your own father?" However the rest of the Tampa Bay players seem to be loving Nikolai's dad's TikToks and there have even be some Barracuda player features in these TikToks. Flacko Lagerfield, Matt Kholin, Nickolas Klaus, Nolan Sawchuk, Austin Roenick among many other cudas have all been featured in these well known TikToks.
