Solid retirement video. Content was there and we had some statistics to give context to the player. Cuts and transitions were clean and worked well. The music felt a little too Rock music in contrast to the old guy there (he doesn't strike me as a modern rock music kinda guy) and it felt like they didn't quite mash up, although the music did go well with the Hossa highlights which were usually quite fast paced. I think perhaps some more reflective music would have been a bit more appropriate for the interest for a retirement video. I also noticed that your graphics at the top and tail of the video came in before the animation was complete which made the text stationary and fading in/out while the background was still in motion.
