The whole COVID-19 situation is unlike anything I have ever lived through. There have been some disease outbreaks before, but nothing quite on this scale. It's so bizarre to see everything that's normally bustling be so empty. Recently the government gave everyone the order to stay home if you can. Luckily for me, there is a small frozen pond just a few hundred feet from the place I'm staying at, this im able to keep up with some of my training. Although without people to practice with, there isn't a ton I can work on, so I've been practicing my puck handling skills. Even with the outdoor rink, I'm still at home way more than I'm comfortable with. I do have a couple shows to catch up on, namely stranger things. There isn't a lot of time during the season to watch TV, so the quarantine is a good time to just relax.
