When Carlos heard of the stay-at-home order, he tought for sure practices would become remote. So when the Colorado Raptors coaching staff setup a skype meeting, Carlos put on his skates, his pad, the whole deal. He cleared out a whole room in his appartment. He covered the floor in water and put the temperature way down overnight to set up a little ice rink. He even made a regulation sized net out of red tape on his wall. When the meeting started and he turned on his webcam he was really surprised to see everyone wearing normal attire, sitting in very normal and not permanently damaged rooms. Carlos felt like an idiot that day, but that wasn't as bad as a few days later when the ice melted through the floor and flooded his downstairs neighbour. The event left Carlos scarred, some people say his play wasn't the same the days following the event, as his teammates were ruthlessly mocking him.
