Updater Punishment to Trautner/NeonLime/SpartanGibbles
#1

Good afternoon SHL Community,

This a follow up punishment based on the incident that occurred involving Serpe x 13 purchasing additional weekly trainings over the course of several weeks and gaining additional, illegal TPE. While Serpe's case has already been dealt with and his punishment dolled out, we acknowledged that a big portion of the blame also fell to the users who updated him in the 6 weeks he had done this. It is the responsibility of the updaters to be thorough and diligent in their work to ensure mistakes like this are caught a lot earlier, and it was inexcusable for it to go on as long as it did before it was finally halted. The three users listed updated Serpe in varying amounts, so their punishments are in line with standard updater punishments, or scaled to match amount of times they missed the updating infraction.

The punishments are as follows:

@Trautner
Code:
Failed to catch the infraction after updating Serpe x 13 four times in four separate weeks

- $7,000,000 bank account fine.

@SpartanGibbles
Code:
Failed to catch the infraction after updating Serpe x 13 one time.

- $1,000,000 bank account fine.

@NeonLime
Code:
Failed to catch the infraction after updating Serpe x 13 one time.

- $1,000,000 bank account fine.

As always the users punished have the right to appeal the decision made here. Thank you for your patience everyone, we hope your offseason is going well.

On behalf of the SHL Head Office,
nour
