Sven is more of a heavy alcohol man then beer but if he had to drink beer, Carlsberg or Rugenbrau would be his choice. Sven could spend hours discussing the metal question. Obviously you've got your classic thrash metal bands like Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Exodus, Biohazard,  and Kreator but then you've got your modern bands like Warbringer, Orbit Culture,  Creeping Death,  Night Demon, and Ambush. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention bands like Lamb Of God and Amon Armoth either. I also haven't mentioned Maiden yet, Maiden is amazing. There's also a lot of great local Swedish metal but they're so small that it is hard to remember them.
