Earlier today the Manhattan Rage played with an illegal roster by dressing send down G - Samat Beibitzhanov in a regular season game, after posting in the send down thread notifying his SMJHL GM's of his availability. Because it was expected that Samat was returned to the SMJHL, this violates the following rule:

SMJHL Rulebook Part 2. Roster Rules, section b 6:
SHL GMs must give advance notice of a call-up via the thread as well as PM. They must notify the respective SMJHL GMs no later than one sim before the call-up. If the teams agree, they may call the player up earlier.

Manhattan Rage General Managers @JayWhy and @luketd will be fined half of their S54 GM salary as punishment ($2M).
