Coming into this game the Anaheim Outlaws were 5-1 for 10 points which was at the top of the Western Conference and likely near the top of the overall standings. This loss brings the Outlaws down to 5-2 which is still impressive and a very good start for what should be a really good team this season. Their veteran players should be good enough for the Outlaws to challenge the Kelowna Knights for Western Supremacy. Goaltender Chamerblain gives the Outlaws a chance to win every night and is a major reason why they are a top team in the league and will be a challenger for the Four Star Cup. Code: 110 Words Turning Point The 15 minute mark of the second period is the turning point of this game. The Outlaws and Armanda were tied 2-2 and the game was going back and forth. The Armanda began to turn it on, which led to Ryan Cvitkovich scoring at 15:13. The Outlaws were stunned and the Armanda came back at them after the ensuing faceoff and Cyrill Vyskoc popped one behind Chamerblain. The Armanda would go onto score 4 goals in the third period after going up 4-2 at the 15:25 minute mark of the second period. They never looked back as they dominated the Outlaws. They ended up finishing with 50 shots on goal in what turned out to be a 7-2 Armanda win. The Outlaws will go back and look at the film to see what exactly happened at the 15 minute mark of the second period of this game. Code: 147 Words All Sails Go The Armanda were certainly on fire offensively this game with 7 goals scored. Ryan Cvitkovich and Chris De Siren both has 3 spots, 1 goal and 2 assists respectively up front. On the blue line, Bork Lazer had the same 1 goal and 2 assists. The Armanda’s best players were certainly their best players in tonights game. This game also saw rookie Taylor Gervais score his first career SMJHL goal. Something that is even more impressive about this offensive showing is that all of their goals were scored at even strength which really reflects how well the Armanda were clicking in this game.
