But I don't really care about any of this, just wanted to make a point (and a quick buck) by taking Fitted's article and writing it in a way that's actually readable.

And GM's should know the rules so they don't break them. One mistake I can understand, but these were consistent mistakes made in a short period of time. I've gm'd in some capacity for over 10 seasons now and my teams have been punished zero times. It's not difficult to not get in trouble with HO
