I will answer the if I'm a new user question since it's better you know I want to have a sensual experience, specifically in my heart and feel like everything can improve further and further, potentially work to bring about peace on earth. I have a weird hobby sometimes I give myself permission to pick my nose and just go at it for like 40 seconds non stop then I snap out of it. Eventually, idk I haven't times recently and maybe am going for a few minutes these days. I'll get back to you on this.
