The Jeff Dar award is awarded to the best two-way forward in the SHL. This award looks at players who are excellent at both ends of the ice, encompassing both offensive and defensive play. Last year saw Andreas Kvalheim take home the award. Your nominees are:
Andreas Kvalheim of the Texas Renegades is looking for a repeat this season. He had another incredible season at both ends of the ice. He put up 60 points, including 21 goals, 103 hits as well as a 55.8 CF% for the Renegades.
Hippo Passamus of the Buffalo Stampede is our second nominee. Passamus put up 56 points, 141 hits with a SA/60 of 21.4 and a CF% of 68.4 for the Stampede.
Our last nominee is Tony Pepperoni of the Edmonton Blizzard. Pepperoni put up 69 points, the most of any nominee, 110 hits with a SA/60 of 23.2 and a 64.7 CF% with the Blizzard.
