I think stamina is the most helpful because it can be so broadly applicable in off ice situations. Physical exertion is an obvious area where stamina is key as being able to work out longer or run longer will greatly increase the results of the activity. Stamina would also come in handy when considered in a mental capacity. For example, being able to have the stamina to maintain a solid attention span in a classroom would yield better results, similar to working out. Working a job on an assembly line would also make great use of stamina. As the work day goes on, it would be very difficult to maintain a good production output if stamina is too low as the body would get tired more easily and either slow production down or even make some uncharacteristic mistakes that would not happen without fatigue. Ultimately, I think this is the most important stat off ice simply from the range of activities that higher stamina benefits both mentally and physically.
