The problem with an SHL fantasy camp in Winnipeg is no one actually wants to travel to Winnipeg in the winter for an event like this. So in order to entice customers to coming to the camp loads of alumni are invited to participate in the camp. The alumni include; Jason Visser, Corey Bears, Gary Grease, Zach Evans, Big Manius, as well as some old timers like Ron Mexico, and Lance Uppercut. Previous GM Damian Littleton also took part in the fantasy camp. Besides the abundance of alumni camp attendees get a 4 night hotel stay of their choice and get to attend a Winnipeg Jets home game as well. THey also get to skate during warm ups at an actual Jet practice and meet all the current players. With the alumni they get a nice skill camp with legends like Jaons Visser and MRon Mexico showing the attendees some sick moves. Finally each attendee gets to take home signed gear from the entire alumni. All for the low low price of 2000$.
