GM Questions
1. Do you follow any hockey teams outside of the SHL, be they in the NHL or other hockey leagues?
Huge Pittsburgh Penguins fan.

2. How many hours a week do you usually have free? (ie. 1, 3, 6+, etc.)

6+, that's an understatement while working from home full time during a pandemic lol.

3. Is water wet?

Of course not, it makes other things wet.

4. Locker rooms take place on discord.  Do you use it and how often?  If not, would you be willing to try it to be a part of your team’s locker room?

I am on discord a lot, during the work day and late nights are when I'm most commonly spotted.

5. You can spend 1-5 seasons in juniors. Most elect to spend 3-4, but you may want to spend more time because you actually like juniors, or you might spend less, because you are ambitious and want to make it to the SHL as fast as possible. How long do you think you'll spend in the J?

I don't know yet. Juniors seems like a lot of fun, but I've preferred going straight up in the ISFL with my two players there to staying down for multiple seasons like I have in PBE. My guess is probably 3 seasons, maybe a 4th depending on if my team can actually use me in the SHL.

6. Have you ever heard about Kelowna before joining this league?

The town, definitely not. The team, maybe from the teammates who recruited me in passing.

7. Do you have any experience with FHM?

Only watching a few streams.

8. What is your general life philosophy? You can go into as much detail as you want.

I am all about having fun. Most of my life decisions are based on this. You might say, then why are you applying for grad school while working full time? My response, so I can make more money and use it to have more fun. That's why I want to make a defenseman who drives offense, it seems like it's the most fun you can have on a hockey rink.

10. What do you value in your team locker room?

I like playing with older players, the zoomer memes can be a bit overwhelming at times, that being said I like to have fun and I'm looking for a laid back locker room that isn't all uptight about me having fun in there.

11. What do you put on your pizza? Do you order any sides or drinks with it?

I'm a basic pepperoni guy, but I'll also do onions and green peppers if they're available. I like it all though, and will gladly eat and standard (including hawaiian) pizza combos around. For sides maybe cheesy bread and I'm always down for a crisp refreshing Sprite.

12. What type of player are you looking to build? Are you looking to play a more offensive or defensive role?

Well I'm basing my player on Kris Letang, but I'd like the shambolic defending to not be a part of that. Also having an end product would be nice as well, So let's call it a young Kris Letang build. I'd like to anchor a team's power play and get significant minutes with a top scoring line eventually. I realize that's tough to do right off the bat, but I'm willing to earn my way up to that experience.
