S58 PT #1 Empty Arenas

Even though there is a lack of fans in the stands, the players of the Toronto North Stars know that this season is going to be the start of something amazing. The fans and organization have high expectations so although the players would love to have their support in the stands, that's still not going to stop them from hyping each other up. Entering the locker room you can already hear the music going. The louder players of the group in Luffy and Scoochie are screaming loudly in the locker room getting themselves and the team energized. Then, there's the veterans in Carpy and Lane that are giving pep talks to the team, encouraging the younger players in Slate , Jones, and Juni who are starting off their rookie seasons. Each and every player is getting dialed in and before they walk out of the dressing room the coach and players yell a loud North Stars cheer that echoes through the empty arena. The veterans give head pats to every player heading through the tunnel and the players explode on the ice with music playing loudly in the background. It's game time and they all know it. During the game, loud cheers and shouts can be heard from the bench with stick taps for every big hit and occasional fight. Without the fans, it's certainly a little harder to get hyped, but the team has each other.
