Mario, as a new player who was extremely excited to join the team, was very proud to show off his famed jumping abilities. He was incredibly disappointed when he remembered, as he had joined a Hockey team, that Jumping was not the most important skill. That being said, when his team decided to get together for a Trust Fall, Mario...didn't exactly understand how it was supposed to work. Where he's from, people are generally completely fine when falling from great heights, much less falling backwards from a standing position. Thus, Mario decided to show off by pulling off a perfect form Triple Axel, landing perfectly on his feat. While this was very impressive, it was not really a trust fall, so Mario was asked to try again, this time with a slightly better explanation as to what he was supposed to do. Said Mario in response to the event to reporters after practice, "Mamma Mia!"
