Right in this deep dive we will be looking at the St Louis Scarecrow and the new arrives this season.

New Arrivals:-

The Draft :-

1st round pick: Right Defence - Ethan Bouchard TPE: 227
Ethan Bouchard was the 6th pick of the draft and was taken to become a building block for the future of the St Louis defence. While the TPE gained has not been as much as some others Fever is a storied user with many past great players so it is bound to work out in the long term.

2nd round pick: Left Defence - Dane von Gucci TPE: 253
Yes it is back to back defensive picks as St Louis really attacked areas of need. Grabbing Von Gucci at the 14th pick is looking like a really smart move. With other pick Bouchard it set the ST Louis defence up for seasons to come and to grab the current 3rd highest TPE earner and a great locker room presence in the 2nd round is an absolute steal.

3rd round pick: Center - Scooby Doo TPE: 182
In the 3rd round St Louis looked to grab a centre in the form of scooby doo. Now St Louis have 2 superb capped centres already so this is a depth and look to the future so of pick. While R_C_S is not a monster earner they are active and earning TPE so the pick could well pay of in the future when one of the amazing pair of Doom and Federov have to leave.

4th round pick:  Right Wing - Lebron Brady TPE: 216
You can’t have too many good wingers and St Louis prove that. The wing positions are the teams strongest area and grabbing Brady in the 4th looks to improve a position group that is already excellent. The user is earning well and will be an instant impact to help this already robust group of players.

5th round pick: Center - Brent Ashe TPE: 159
Heading toward the end of the draft now and St Louis take another centre. Again the most important thing with these late picks is activity and there is the promise of that with this pick so we will have to wait and see.

6th round pick: Left Wing - Joshua Horsemenzada TPE: 159
So the 6th round pick is a true IA by the looks of it but you have to roll the dice on these guys as you never know when the leap back into activity.

Traded For :-

Left Defense - Michael Withecheck TPE: 801
The trade was for the last season of Withecheck before he joins the big league. A past first over all pick was traded away for him and a future first rounder s a decent trade. Withecheck puts the defence into another gear and helps cement the win now aim of this season.

Free Agency :-

Left Defense - Lucas Andrasak
Lucas was picked up in free agency to help add some depth to the defence. Much like Bouchard and Gucci this is a pick up with eyes on the future where hopefully this defence can grow together and become a true forces of seasons to come.

Goalie - Iorek Byrnison
Goalie is St Louis’ real area of issue, they have a middle to low inactive goalie currently so really need an active player here to earn quickly and become a real part of the team as soon as by the middle of this season. There is the hope that Byrnison can do this, this writer thinks that there is a pretty good chance of that!
