I don't think there's a singular most important stat - instead, it's important that you spec in moderation into the role you want to play on the ice. If you want to be physical, pump strength, hitting, and checking stats. If you want to fight, bump fighting and aggression. All roles need stamina, however, so if we're looking for "most universally increased" attribute, that's probably the one!
