I want to apologize as the wording on the S59 casino thread is a bit vague on the changes made to the parlay and I made a mistake on the form so I want to use this thread to fix bets and to clarify those changes.

In order to win a 4x parlay, your cup bet is part of your parlay. Meaning if you guess the over/under correctly on all three teams but do not correctly guess your cup winner, you will not win any money. 
Another issue was that I did not put an option to have a cup bet that is not attached to your parlay. I did not think of this until several of you messaged me about it. 

If you'd like your cup bet to not be attached to your parlay, please fill out this form and post your verification word in this thread. I will close this form in 2-3 days (FORM CLOSED)

I will assume your cup bet is attached to your parlay for everyone who chose to parlay and has a cup bet who does not fill out this form
