When Liam Slate has days off, Liam Slate likes to put his time into getting good at the computer game League Of Legends. Liam Slate is pretty awful at it, but he does enjoy playing with friends although he almost refuses to play on his own. Liam mostly plays the support role because he can not farm minions to save his life and is just not very good at the game. Slate gets a bit frustrated playing because his friends tend to be in a higher MMR which drags Liam into what League of Legends players call "smurf que". Slate spends time playing with friends from across the Simulation Hockey League, mostly Newfoundland Berserkers alumni. Liam Slate is getting better at the game though, but it will take some more time still. Other than playing League of Legends Liam Slate does enjoy watching twitch streamers play video games.
