At the end of 6 consecutive days of hard-hitting hockey James Kimanje is absolutely smashed. His body is exhausted, his mental state is usually subpar to just rough depending on how the games have gone, and he needs a break. Thankfully, he has a nice setup after each game to renew himself as much as possible, and each Sunday, he has a specific gameplan. Sunday is his cheat day from his workout diet, and so every Sunday James will watch football while eating a healthy breakfast. He'll nap in the afternoon and then go to a local joint with some bomb-ass burgers and have a beer while watching the end of the afternoon slate. He then travels back to his pad and plays Apex Legends for a couple hours, then has 30 minutes of meditation and hits the hay to wake up early for the first game of the week on Monday. He does this exact routine on road trips as well as much as possible, although frequently watches shows such as Criminal Minds or Survivor instead of playing Apex due to not being able to bring his gaming PC with him.
