So I know I somewhat avoided your questions there so to answer it, ideally Team NA would take the place of the USA/CANADA split squad. They would avoid drafting S60s/S61.

Once "Interim Rosters" have been made final, "Each player belonging to your nation" the floor then will open up to picking up any extra active players that remain teamless. This process has also improved and been made easier for user experience.

Again we will be testing this all out this WJC and tweaking it for future tournaments as this is just the first of many.
