More and more people become billionaires every year, and despite the worldwide pandemic where billions across the globe struggled to get by, 86% of billionaires got richer over the past year. In 1987, there were just 140 billionaires in the world, worth a combined $295 billion. There are now 2,755 billionaires, worth a combined $13.1 trillion. Accumulating this much wealth should be considered a mental health sickness, as it’s not physically possible to use that much money, while people around the world struggle to put food on their table. While the disparity of the rich and the poor has never been greater, Eric Tokke & the DOBW are doing whatever it can to spread the word and defund the billionaires.
