The most obvious thing to me is the bank.  People who joined after it was up and running maybe don't appreciate the manual banking pains of the past.  More on that, the development team in general who do real work to give us cool things.

For me, I would love more automation on the claims and updating process.  I usually update 1-2 times per season which is super painful.  I put it off because the manual process takes time which only makes it worse.  I would love if we took a bank style approach to TPE.  The PT team could deposit TPE into everyone's account like I submit pay for media grading.  Then players can submit updates without having to dig together all the links.  If we can submit manual TPE adjustments, we can handle the edge cases of AC / Training / Training Camp / one off TPE events / Regression until everything is fully a deposit system.
