The young players could outskate the vets, but they couldn't out maneuver them. Ankles were iced in between periods.

The final score ended up being 0-9 for the Up-and-Comers, who were disappointed but not downtrodden. This was an important match in the grand scheme of the game, and they'll go into their next matchup with some more tricks up their sleeves.
